The primary objective of the Economic Distressed Fund is to provide financial support to black entrepreneurs or businesses that are experiencing financial distress due to economic conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Fund is targeted at both existing and potential NEF clients who meet the applicable criteria.
